GoGoTrack ("we," "our," or "us") operates the GoGoTrack mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our App and related services.

- Vehicle and device details: Vehicle identification details, GPS tracker device identifiers (IMEI), and device names you assign.

- Device information: Mobile device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and app version.
- Usage data: Features accessed, interaction timestamps, crash logs, and performance diagnostics.
- Network information: IP address, mobile carrier, and connection type.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide real-time GPS tracking, geofencing, trip history, and fleet management features.
- Send alerts and notifications (speed alerts, geofence entry/exit, device status).
- Maintain, improve, and troubleshoot the App.
- Communicate with you about your account, service updates, and support requests.
- Process transactions and manage subscriptions.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
- Generate anonymized, aggregated analytics to improve our services.
3. Location Data
GoGoTrack is a GPS tracking application. Location data collection is central to the service we provide.
- What we collect: GPS coordinates, speed, heading, altitude, and timestamps transmitted by your installed tracking hardware.
- When we collect it: Location data is collected continuously while your tracking device is powered on and connected to the network.
- Background location: The App may access location data in the background to deliver real-time tracking and timely alerts. You can manage background location permissions through your device settings.
- Purpose: Location data is used exclusively to provide tracking, trip history, geofencing, and fleet management features to you and authorized users on your account.
We do not sell your location data to third parties. Location data is not used for advertising purposes.
4. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share data in the following circumstances:
- With your consent: When you authorize other users (e.g., fleet managers, family members) to view your tracking data through the App.
- Service providers: With trusted third-party vendors who help us operate the App (hosting, analytics, payment processing), bound by confidentiality agreements.

Your data may be stored and processed on servers located outside your country of residence. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Location history is retained based on your subscription plan. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GoGoTrack mobile application (the "App") and associated services provided by GoGoTrack ("we," "our," or "us"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using GoGoTrack, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
GoGoTrack provides GPS-based vehicle and asset tracking services, including but not limited to:
- Real-time location tracking
- Trip history and route playback
- Geofence creation and alerts
- Speed and movement notifications
- Fleet management and multi-vehicle monitoring
- Vehicle status and diagnostic reports
The App requires a compatible GPS tracking device installed in your vehicle or asset. Service availability depends on GPS signal, cellular network coverage, and device connectivity.
3. Account Registration
- You must create an account to use the App. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- You must be at least 13 years of age (or the applicable age of consent) to create an account.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
- Certain features of GoGoTrack may require a paid subscription.
- Subscription fees are billed according to the plan you select (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
- Payments are processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or our designated payment provider. All transactions are subject to their respective terms.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of the applicable app store.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose, including unauthorized surveillance or tracking of individuals without their knowledge and consent.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers, networks, or infrastructure.
- Use the App to harass, stalk, threaten, or invade the privacy of others.
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.
- Use the App in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property within the App are owned by GoGoTrack or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
7. GPS Tracking & Location Consent
- By using GoGoTrack, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of GPS location data from your tracking device(s).
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of GPS tracking complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including obtaining any required consent from individuals being tracked.
- GoGoTrack is not responsible for any misuse of tracking capabilities by users.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
- Location data will be accurate at all times. GPS accuracy depends on environmental factors, satellite availability, and device capability.
- The App will be compatible with all devices or operating systems.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoGoTrack and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the App.
- Inaccurate or delayed location data.
- Unauthorized access to your account or data.
- Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.
- Any actions taken based on information provided by the App.
Our total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoGoTrack, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
- You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate your access at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.
- Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification) will remain in effect.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GoGoTrack operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
